Pompeii, we finally made it on time

So we decided before we had to give the car back, that we should make one last attempt to go to Pompeii. This time we left early in the morning and we made it with lots of time to look around. Of course, we had to pick a very hot day to look around.

It was amazing, at first you are overwhelmed by the ruins. But after about 30 minutes, it does all look the same.

We went to all the big areas on the map, but we later found out that the smaller areas had some great architecture and tiles and were quite beautiful. Well, maybe next time. right?

In Rome, they have resident cats, here in Pompeii it was dogs. They were all friendly and loved to be scratched.
