To Rimini and the Discoteca

08/19/2005, 10:56 AM

Last night, around 8pm, My friends and I went on a party bus to a club in Riccione which is by Rimini. The club called PRINCE was awesome. Now in America, a club like this would only be available to A-List Celebrities and you would have to be on the Guest list to even look in the club. Yet, because we came as a group of 50, we were treated like celebrities the whole night.

First we get there, and we get to jump queue. Everyone was giving us evil stares, but it felt so good to be able to just go to the front of the line at this very popular discotheque. Next, we find out we get a VIP section. 2 tables and some couches to ourselves. WOW! Can you even imagine what that felt like. Ah, to be queen for a day! LOL. Next, we get to get all these drinks on our table and dance til 430am. It was a blast. Not only that, but that night was the Mr. Italy competition. These gorgeous guys, all modeled for us, in cloths and then in just undies. WOW! What a night to go. We took pictures but it will be a few days until i get them on here.

The whole club was awesome. Here are some pictures from their website. The only difference from the pictures is that the couches are not animal print anymore, they are now white leather.

This is the Dance floor from the Deejays booth.

This is about how crowded it gets. The poles in the background are now a red color.

Here is what the VIP area looks like, our area is actually right off the bottom right corner.

This is what is looks like looking towards the balcony from the Deejay area. The metal wall is now gone and you can just see right over the garden area.

Now the garden area was not open to us. We are assuming that it is only open during the really hot times of the year. Here are some pictures.

Here is from the garden area looking up at the main club. That is the balcony we all stood at.

This is what is looks like when the party is in the garden during the warm nights.

This place is literally Italy's celeb hang out. Here are a list of popular Italian Celebs that frequented the club.

The club looks great! To me it was a little funny to see the list of Italian celebrities (guess it's from their website), and there are all Italian names except for Marcus Schenkenberg and Victoria Silvstedt - they're from here, you see, Victoria grew up just 80 km from where I live! I saw her in the Italian movie "La mia vita in stelle e strisce" which by the way is hilarious, and should be even more so to an American... :D
